You should feel comfortable speaking up about fraud and abuse.

We want to make it easy for you to ask questions about and/or anonymously report any suspected violations.

What is considered fraud & abuse?

  • Defrauding or attempting to defraud the health care system
  • Lying, using false pretenses, or making false statements or promises to get money from the health care system
  • Using the identifying information of another person to defraud the health care system
  • Misusing resources or services, which results in unnecessary costs to the health care system
  • Taking any action that leads to a payment from the health care system that is improper, for substandard care or for medically unnecessary services

Non-Retaliation Policy

We strictly prohibit intimidation and/or retaliation against any employee, client, business partner, or anyone else who, in good faith:

  • Reports an actual or suspected violation of ethical standards, Zenith policies or procedures and applicable laws, rules or regulations,
  • OR participates in theĀ investigation of a suspected or detected violation
